📋 Description Provide one-on-one financial guidance to employees remotely via LearnLux platform (Morocco & Leverage LearnLux methodology to tailor guidance for regional needs. Engage with members through video, chat, and email on budgeting, retirement, equity compensation Collaborate with content team to review and approve financial lessons for the platform. Lead engagement initiatives for employer partners, including webinars and occasional on-site events. 🎯 Requirements A designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or related field. At least three years of experience providing one-on-one guidance across multiple areas of personal Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Genuine passion for financial education and helping individuals make informed decisions. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and collaborate with a distributed team.
