📋 Description Provide remote and on-site support across North America in diverse client environments. Design/install physical infrastructure, wireless design, and hardware configuration. Travel up to 75% for on-site deployments and installations. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years enterprise network design/support experience (IEEE 802.11, WAN/LAN, QoS, TCP/IP). Hands-on Cisco wireless APs/controllers experience. Ekahau Pro Suite and Sidekick familiarity; CompTIA A+/Network+ or CCNA preferred. Strong English communication; familiarity with Office 365 products; keen attention to detail.
