📋 Description Manage designated HHAeXchange clients from implementation through live env. Build relationships; be primary contact for day-to-day items. Ensure retention via exceptional service and support. Handle client requests, escalations, and contract issues. Uncover business needs and understand client organizations. Deliver solutions aligned with customer goals and satisfaction targets. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years client service experience. Experience overseeing teams/projects in a matrix environment. Healthcare or homecare industry experience required. SaaS platform experience preferred.
