📋 Description Senior Technical Recruiter to support Product, Engineering and Design teams. Partner with TA leadership to understand hiring needs across Search, AI, and Site Reliability. Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure. Ensure candidate experience and timely communications with hiring teams. Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years full-cycle tech recruiting experience, preferably at a SaaS company. Proven track record hiring across UK and EU markets. Strong knowledge of product, engineering, and design roles and trends. Familiarity with EU/UK tech job markets. Skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier R&D professionals.
