📋 Description The Washington Senior Director provides strategic leadership to a team of up to seven direct Oversees administration and growth of Dungarvin services within Washington's Supportive Living Builds relationships with partners, legislators, agencies, and stakeholders. Develops strategic program and fiscal planning to drive growth and operational excellence. Monitors compliance with regulations and quality assurance across services. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, or 5+ years multi-site leadership in human services serving I/DD/IDD populations.
