📋 Description

• Lead opening and ongoing operations for The Aperture venue.
• Oversee Front of House, Event Operations, Beverage, AV, and Sales teams.
• Drive revenue and manage expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences at every event.
• Collaborate with catering partners and third-party vendors.
• Provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution during major events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years senior leadership in event venue/hospitality.
• Proven track record hitting financial targets and growing revenue.
• Strong ops experience in event logistics, beverage, and production.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI analysis.
