📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated areas. Administer medication and provide wound care and treatments. Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisors. Follow doctors' orders and document care accurately. Perform client assessments as needed. Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends. 🎯 Requirements Current RN license in VT and NH. Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical). Prior home care or hospice experience preferred. Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
