📋 Description Lead Protein Analytics & Biophysics within Therapeutics; set vision for biophysical and Champion miniaturized, pooled, high-throughput approaches with nano-scale measurement platforms Drive conventional analytical workflows (HPLC/UPLC, LC/MS, electrophoretic, stability, light Build external/internal technologies to reduce sample volume, increase throughput, and enhance data Develop leaders, foster inclusive culture, and partner across multiple functions to deliver 🎯 Requirements Ph.D. in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, Bioengineering, Synthetic 12+ years in biopharma/biotech with strong leadership in protein analytics, biophysics Track record building or scaling assays/platforms for miniature, multiplexed, or high-throughput Deep expertise in HPLC/UPLC (SEC, RP, HIC, IEX), LC/MS, CE-SDS, cIEF, DSF/DSC, DLS, SEC-MALS Strong quantitative mindset; experience with data quality, modeling, informatics to guide strategy Proven senior people leadership; ability to influence across matrixed teams and communicate with 🎁 Benefits Base salary range: $210,000 – $290,000 USD per year; plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
