📋 Description The role leads strategic workforce planning with human+AI models. Develop staffing forecasts and scenario analyses for service levels and costs. Collaborate with senior leaders across functions to align workforce priorities. Translate workforce data into executive recommendations. Build cost models, operating forecasts, and investment strategies. Drive workforce process improvements and regulatory readiness. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in senior WFM, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning. Experience in regulated/financial services or complex ops. Forecasting, capacity planning, modeling, scenario analysis expertise. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
