📋 Description Oversee the general accounting RTR for NEC country units Manage the R2R cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Lead closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting Prepare MIS, data for audits, and regulatory reports Collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, and business units Monitor KPI/SLA and drive process efficiency 🎯 Requirements Postgraduate or bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Operations Proven RTR experience in a shared services environment leading a team Strong attention to detail, organized and results oriented Good working knowledge of Finance processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exposure to SAP Finance and relevant modules
