Program Coordinator / Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description Provide direct, person-centered support to adults with IDD, mental health care needs, and other Lead onsite skill-building, recreation, education, and community activities Model and implement behavior support strategies, redirection, and de-escalation Aim for personal goals and greater independence for individuals Remain present on the program floor to ensure activities are implemented correctly Co-lead DSP staff with day-to-day guidance and support 🎯 Requirements Bachelors in Human Services or related field preferred, equivalent training/experience considered Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with IDD or related needs At least 1 year in adult day, vocational, residential, or community disability services Experience applying behavior support strategies and de-escalation Experience with professional documentation (progress notes, incident reports, data) 🎁 Benefits Full-time, Monday-Friday daytime schedule Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance Flexible Spending and HSA; Pet Insurance; Life Insurance 401(k) with employer match; PTO and PTO donation Growth, development, and referral programs; Employee Assistance
