📋 Description First dedicated hire to build BridgeBio's compliance training and policy program. Co-create training, policy, and engagement with Head of Compliance; design clear, actionable Lead AI-first training initiatives, governance, and amplification of compliance across a global 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in compliance, legal, or learning & development in biotech/pharma. Hands-on instructional design with modern tools; translate policy into clear guidance. Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks (AKS, FCA, transparency) and LMS systems. Global mindset, vendor management, and ability to operate across jurisdictions/time zones.
