📋 Description Lead affiliate growth across international markets in the dating vertical. Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, networks, and advertisers. Build and manage a strong partner pipeline for campaigns from launch to scale. Collaborate with product, tech, and sales to ensure smooth campaign execution. Analyze market trends, offers, and partner economics to find growth opportunities. Monitor metrics (conversions, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts, traffic quality) and optimize. 🎯 Requirements Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development. Experience with dating products or performance-based verticals is valued. Strong network of affiliates, advertisers, traffic sources. Proven success in launching and scaling partnerships.
