📋 Description The Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and Supports store goals and leads Team Members on shift; trains, coaches, and develops team members. Manages scheduling, labor, attendance, and punctuality; ensures store safety, food safety, and Resolves customer and team member concerns; operates ovens and food prep tools; manages time and Maintains a positive, engaging environment for customers and team members; supports inventory Works with General Manager to achieve store performance goals; schedules include nights, weekends 🎯 Requirements Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive; successful RPM/ Domino’s training completion. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented attitude.
