📋 Description Design and develop state-of-the-art classification algorithms for EEG neurodiagnostics Use time-series analysis, signal processing and machine learning to model neurological indications Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders to define project needs Evaluate algorithms with metrics that balance technical accuracy and clinical relevance Document and validate models to comply with medical device regulatory requirements Mentor junior data scientists and manage multiple projects to meet milestones 🎯 Requirements PhD in EE, CS, Statistics, or equivalent 7+ years in signal processing, time-series analysis, ML and algorithm development Proficient in Python and/or Matlab and/or R Experience with biomedical signal processing and large-scale datasets Strong analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative skills Experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs) for time-series 🎁 Benefits Performance-based incentives and equity opportunities Comprehensive health benefits and family coverage 401(k) with match and ESPP Paid time off, holidays, wellness days, and parental leave Career development opportunities and mission-driven culture
