📋 Description Lead customer engagements from discovery through delivery. Scope, plan, and deliver paid consulting on platform administration, configuration, and technical Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into project plans, milestones, and acceptance Manage projects across HR, IT, Learning & Development, and compliance teams. Configure learning management system environments (users, workflows, branding, enrollment Support technical integrations: data migration, SSO, APIs, data feeds. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years delivering client-facing projects in professional services, SaaS, or LMS administration. Hands-on experience administering a commercial LMS or similar enterprise platform. Proven multi-project management with varying timelines and stakeholders. Experience with SAML 2.0, OIDC, REST APIs, and data integrations. Experience with data reporting and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.
