📋 Description Lead affiliate growth and partnerships in dating vertical. Identify, onboard, negotiate with new affiliates, networks, advertisers. Manage full partner lifecycle and cross-team coordination. Test new traffic sources; scale profitable partnerships. Analyze market trends, offers, and performance metrics. Coordinate tracking setup and resolve attribution issues. 🎯 Requirements Proven affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales experience. Experience with dating products or performance-based verticals valued. Strong network of affiliates and publishers. Track record of launching and scaling partnerships. Knowledge of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts, traffic quality. Experience negotiating international partnerships. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote full-time role.
