📋 Description Enable successful customer adoption of Gator systems Provide post-sales technical support and workflow optimization Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues Deliver customer training and application guidance Translate feedback into actionable product improvements Support instrument-related troubleshooting and deployments 🎯 Requirements MS degree or equivalent in biology, biochemistry, or related field Hands-on experience with biolayer interferometry (BLI) and instrument workflows Experience with ELISA, SPR, or other label-free analysis Strong troubleshooting and technical training skills Ability to work cross-functionally with customers and internal teams Excellent communication and documentation abilities
