📋 Description Support monthly close with reports and deliverables Analyze income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows for key drivers Prepare variance analyses comparing actuals to forecasts Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial data Partner with teams to incorporate initiatives into budgets/forecasts Improve recurring reports and automate processes 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2-4 years in FP&A, accounting, or similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles Experience with financial modeling, including three-statement models (preferred) Experience with Netsuite or similar enterprise software (preferred) SQL experience a plus 🎁 Benefits Competitive benefits package and equity opportunities 401(k) with company match and ESPP Generous time off and wellness reimbursements
