Senior Director of Global Operations

📋 Description Lead and build the operational engine powering Wing's drone delivery at scale across US metros. Architect and optimize a scalable physical delivery model with multi-site operations. Oversee hybrid workforce (FTEs and contractors) and integrate AI workflows into ground execution. Drive expansion into new markets, regulatory compliance, and partnerships with retailers and QSRs. Align operations with aviation safety, EHS, and local site safety protocols. 🎯 Requirements 25+ years in progressive operational leadership for hyper-growth, multi-site networks. Strong P&L, unit economics, labor scheduling, and cost-per-delivery management. Experience scaling distributed field operations with contractors, vendors, 3PLs, and FTEs. Proven track record integrating technology/AI into workflows to boost efficiency and uptime. Ability to balance safety/compliance with aggressive growth; cross-functional partnership skills.
