Seasonal Print Quality Resolution Assistant - 2026

📋 Description Handle live customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with empathy and accuracy. Guide customers through the order replacement process and resolve issues in real time. Triage requests to determine internal vs. customer-driven changes. Open and diagnose print issues using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; edit files as needed. Coordinate cross-functionally to smooth transitions to Print Quality queue. Document technical data in Salesforce for trend tracking. 🎯 Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication; adapt tone for live support. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro; Lightroom a plus. Strong critical-thinking to resolve design/print problems on the fly. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite. Ability to work remotely in a team setting and take feedback well.
