📋 Description Act as a scientific field advisor, supporting clients in the pre-analytical phase of lab processes. Provide online and in-person training sessions to customers. Monitor customer performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities. Develop/improve routine processes to reduce errors and boost efficiency. Build relationships with healthcare partners via technical support and engagement. Conduct customer visits across Bahia and Sergipe with guidance and follow-up. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or Biochemical Pharmacy. Willingness to travel and support across the assigned region. Experience in technical laboratory areas, pre-analytical processes, or scientific consulting Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
