📋 Description Designing, developing and maintaining CCM solutions using Quadient Creating customer communications across letters, SMS, emails and print Supporting migration of legacy communications into Quadient Inspire Developing workflows, designs and specs to support change control Working with agile teams to deliver changes within sprint timelines Providing technical input to projects and helping shape communication requirements 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire / Quadient Experience with Quadient Designer, Scaler, Interactive, Omnichannel and Messenger or comparable CCM Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML and HTML Experience working in agile or scrum environments Coding experience, ideally JavaScript and/or C/C++ Quadient training or certification would be a bonus 🎁 Benefits Annual performance bonus and share schemes Generous pension contribution Life assurance Healthcare plan (permanent employees only) Minimum 25 days holiday plus holidays; buy/sell holiday option Competitive family leave
