📋 Description Lead affiliate growth across international markets. Identify, onboard, and negotiate with new partners and networks. Manage full partner lifecycle and collaboration campaigns. Collaborate with product, tech, and sales for implementation. Analyze trends, offers, traffic, and economics to find growth. Monitor metrics: conversion, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts, traffic quality. 🎯 Requirements Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development. Experience with dating products or performance-based verticals preferred. Strong network of affiliates, advertisers, and traffic sources. History of launching and scaling partnerships or clients.
