📋 Description Lead CA Gen consulting engagements and guide modernization initiatives for enterprise clients. Analyze legacy apps; recommend modernization, re-platforming, and re-architecture strategies. Install, configure, upgrade CA Gen environments; design and implement CA Gen solutions. Troubleshoot complex challenges; improve performance and reliability. Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Deliver projects within scope, timelines, and quality expectations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field. Strong commercial CA Gen experience. Experience installing, configuring, maintaining CA Gen environments. Knowledge of CBD, batch/transaction processing, relational DBs, performance tuning, UI Proven modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming project delivery.
