Senior Affiliate Manager (Dating, Web)

📋 Description Lead affiliate growth initiatives in dating vertical. Identify, approach, onboard new affiliate partners and networks. Build and manage a partner pipeline from outreach to launch. Drive performance via testing traffic sources and scaling partnerships. Coordinate tracking setup and troubleshoot attribution and reporting. Collaborate with product/tech/sales to ensure campaign success. 🎯 Requirements Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or business development in digital performance Experience with dating products/advertisers or similar verticals. Strong network of affiliate partners and industry contacts. Proven success in launching and scaling partnerships. Experience building pipelines from scratch and expanding channels. Understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts and traffic quality. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote full-time work opportunity.
