AIOps Lead

📋 Description Lead the AI Ops team to design, ship, and scale automations and AI agents. Own delivery, development, and day-to-day direction for the team from day one. Collaborate with internal software teams to integrate AI into products and operations. Build production-grade multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines for internal knowledge retrieval. Scale tooling to support 2,500+ employees across global operations. Define the AI ops strategy and roadmap for a brand-new function. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience building production-grade automations and AI agents. Hands-on experience creating multi-agent systems with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or Experience with RAG pipelines for internal knowledge/workflow automation.
