📋 Description Implement and manage HSE programmes across offices, warehouses, repair centers, and branches. Maintain OHSMS in alignment with ISO 45001 and drive continuous improvement. Conduct safety audits, JHAs, hazard assessments, and contractor safety reviews. Coordinate Fire Safety, Emergency Preparedness, incident management, and reporting. Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee environmental and road-safety initiatives. Lead training and capacity-building for safety, PPE, and ergonomics. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, OH&S, Engineering, or related field. 4–6 years in HSE/OHS across multi-site operations. NEBOSH, ISO 45001 lead/auditor, CSP or equivalent certs. Strong knowledge of Labour Act, Factories Act, NSITF; safety risk tools. Proven risk assessment, JHA, incident investigation, and data reporting skills.
