📋 Description Lead affiliate growth through partnerships in the dating vertical. Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, advertisers, and networks. Build a pipeline, negotiate campaigns, and drive performance and profitability. Coordinate with product, tech, and sales for campaign execution. Analyze market trends, traffic and partner economics to identify growth opportunities. Monitor tracking, attribution, and payout structures to ensure accuracy. 🎯 Requirements Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development in digital performance Experience with dating products or similar verticals is valued. Strong network of affiliate partners and ability to scale partnerships. Analytical, data-driven with ability to evaluate performance metrics. Technical understanding of affiliate tracking, links, pixels, S2S postbacks, and attribution logic.
