📋 Description The Estimator develops comprehensive project estimates for construction opportunities. Reviews drawings, specs, and docs to determine scope and cost. Performs quantity take-offs and analyzes project requirements. Coordinates with vendors and internal teams to gather info. Monitors estimates as costs change through the project lifecycle. Supports safety, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. 🎯 Requirements Associate degree or higher in Drafting/Estimating, PM, Architecture, or Eng-related field. Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings and specs. High accuracy in measurements and calculations. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
