Senior Software Engineer (Dev Platform)

📋 Description Improve platform foundations for developer workflows at scale. Own end-to-end developer delivery path across local dev, CI, and production rollout. Lead migrations and foundational platform changes with wide impact. Collaborate with product, infrastructure, security, and SRE teams. Operate Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure supporting engineering workflows. Apply AI tools to accelerate platform engineering with guardrails. 🎯 Requirements Strong software fundamentals in Scala, Java, Kotlin, or similar. Experience owning developer platforms or infra systems (build, CI/CD, tooling). Knowledge of Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Backstage, Bazel, EngFlow. Ability to debug cross-boundary failures across code, CI, deployment, and cloud infra. Experience leading migrations with rollout planning and risk management.
