Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and readiness. Create golden tests, safety checks, and CI gates for reliability. Manage AI agents supporting business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis). Build meta-level systems to monitor performance and improvements. 🎯 Requirements Production-grade AI platform experience with deployed LLMs. Expertise in AI evaluation: golden datasets, judge criteria, safety gates. Reliable AI workflows with strong governance and traceability. Deep API integration with business systems; MCP servers experience. Strong Python and cloud experience (GCP), data warehouses, IaC tools.
