📋 Description Coordinate areas & shift responsibilities with the team leader Conduct quality checks to ensure customer experience Be the go-to person for other operatives on shift Attend daily review meetings and assign duties Prepare for shifts with materials and stock Operate hygiene and changeovers for equipment 🎯 Requirements Experience as a line leader or area leader in food manufacturing Fluent English communication Numerate and comfortable with numbers Willing to rotate shifts; days/nights & some weekends Hard-working, diligent, eager to learn Experience with raw materials (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb) 🎁 Benefits Holiday entitlement: 257.5 hours/year Additional days for service (up to 5) Paws days for wellbeing (5 days/year) £500 learning & development budget Enhanced parental leave Private medical insurance & gym discounts
