📋 Description Design and execute enablement programs for the services organization across global teams. Create scalable learning solutions and resources to drive customer growth and operational success. Collaborate with leadership to align enablement with business priorities and go-to-market Develop onboarding and training for market managers, associates, and field sales teams. Produce engaging educational content (eLearning, guides, videos, playbooks, worksheets). Leverage AI-powered tools to improve engagement and sales performance. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 5 years in enablement, learning programs, or related field. Experience managing complex projects from strategy to measurement. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence. Experience designing onboarding and employee development initiatives. Content creation and instructional design skills for engaging materials.
