Affiliate Marketing Manager

📋 Description Build and scale an affiliate/partner program from the ground up across self-serve, developer, and Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, and creator partners. Design commission, payout, and incentive structures to drive profitable growth. Stand up tracking, attribution, and fraud/quality controls so impact is measurable. Collaborate with creative and lifecycle on assets, landing pages, and promo copy. Manage partner relationships and ongoing enablement while moving fast and iterating based on 🎯 Requirements Proven track record building or scaling an affiliate/partner program with measurable revenue. Hands-on expertise with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, Tune, Everflow) Strong analytical chops on attribution, incrementality, and LTV vs payout math. Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing affiliates or creator partners. Designing commission structures and controlling for fraud and low-quality traffic.
