📋 Description Provide legal counsel on employment law to Global People Organization and stakeholders worldwide. Advise on hiring, discipline, leaves, restructurings, investigations, and employee privacy matters. Develop and revise globally compliant policies and procedures with the Global People Organization. Collaborate on internal investigations and global initiatives with Workplace Investigation Partners Deliver trainings on employee-related topics and manage global employment claims and litigation. Monitor changes in employment laws and provide practical, risk-based business guidance.
