📋 Description Onsite engineer for Locus robotic fleet at customer site Troubleshoot hardware/software; optimize uptime and performance Collaborate with customer ops and internal teams Support product validation with feedback on performance Analyze throughput, lines per hour, utilization data Assist in SOPs and playbooks for deployments 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, or related field 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, or tech support Familiar with warehouse workflows and productivity metrics Hands-on troubleshooting hardware or software Strong data interpretation and operational insight Willing to work onsite daily at customer locations 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary plus bonus and equity
