Raise engineering standards through clean code and mentorship. 🎯 Requirements Significant frontend experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion. Strong design eye; able to interpret design systems and typography, work in Figma. Systems thinking; scalable website architecture and design systems. End-to-end ownership; track record leading website projects from concept to delivery. Excellent product judgment; balance aesthetics, usability, performance, and business goals.
