Typically 5+ years in risk management, controls, compliance, audit, governance, or related fields. Strong understanding of operational risk management principles and internal control frameworks. Experience identifying control gaps, documenting findings, and developing remediation plans. Ability to analyze policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to drive improvements.
