📋 Description Lead strategy, roadmap, and requirements for AeroVect's AGSE Service Define top-level product roadmap across autonomous driving, fleet ops, and evaluation infra Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and business goals Mentor PMTs to raise product craft and governance Partner with safety and systems teams to ensure safety-critical execution Engage airline and airport customers to translate needs into roadmap 🎯 Requirements BS in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent 5+ years PM experience owning multi-system products end-to-end Experience shipping in safety, reliability, real-time environments Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in fast-paced settings Experience with enterprise/customer discovery and relationship management Strong analytical, data-driven decision making
