Partner Enablement Operations Manager

📋 Description Own partner enablement operating model across AMER, EMEA, APJ Run QBRs/MBRs/executive reviews with metrics and insights Lead end-to-end execution of enablement initiatives across regions Build dashboards and reviews to surface engagement, risk, and performance Address cross-regional issues, turning friction into improvements Design scalable workflows, SLAs, and intake mechanisms 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in Learning Ops, Program or Services Ops or related field Experience supporting global/multi-region teams; translate strategy into plans Preferred Data & AI space experience; understand Databricks platform and stakeholders Own operating cadence, forecasting, planning, execution in complex matrices Strong analytics; turn data into executive insights and outcomes Proven ability to automate, reduce manual work, scale with AI 🎁 Benefits High-visibility role with impact on partner enablement scale Opportunity to build AI-enabled, governed operating model Work with cross-functional teams to reduce friction and improve execution
