📋 Description Executive Finance leader reporting to CEO and Board. Oversee Corporate Development, M&A, Treasury, FP&A, and Financial Operations. Lead capital strategy, debt financing, and long-term planning. Direct a $5–10B North America roll-up strategy for acquisitions. Based in Toronto Head Office with in-office presence 4–5 days/week. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred. 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Experience as CFO or senior finance exec in a large multinational (1,000+ employees). Proven track record in M&A from evaluation to integration and financing. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
