Sourcing Director, Outerwear

📋 Description Lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy globally for outerwear. Shape the apparel supply chain foundation and report to VP of Apparel Sourcing. Onboard manufacturing partners to Quince D2C model with rapid replenishment. Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS) across operations, finance, and tech Drive operational excellence: fast lead times, consumer-first focus, and cost transparency. Manage continuous improvement against KPIs: quality, speed, availability, and ROIC. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years at director level in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement or Supplier Management with major US Extensive partner factory connections globally (APAC, IST, EMEA). Experience cost-engineering and bringing products to market; knowledge of regional materials. GM mindset with supply chain/lean/JIT manufacturing background. Strong cost-savings capabilities via clean sheets and negotiation tactics.
