📋 Description The Associate Principal leads small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects with growing Guide projects from programming through closeout, clarifying requirements and coordinating design. Improve TEECOM standards, tools, and workflows while documenting decisions. Mentor Designers and engineers, strengthening discipline capability and documentation habits. Externally cultivate client relationships and contribute to pursuits, interviews, and technical 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent. 6+ years in AEC or related with discipline capability (ICT, Security, Physical Security, Electronic Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects. Strong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit; Bluebeam Studio; Microsoft 365; Google Workspace Industry certifications preferred: PSP/CPP, CDT, EIT, PE, PMP. 🎁 Benefits Remote work environment with on-site client engagements as needed.
