Preconstruction Manager

📋 Description Lead commercial interior projects from client engagement to contract award. Shape project scope, guide design development, and prepare cost plans. Oversee tendering, budgets, cash flow, and risk to protect targets. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and align schedules early. Present proposals and maintain client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships. Ensure smooth handover into delivery and continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar. Significant experience in commercial construction estimating, interiors preferred. Strong trade knowledge, market awareness, and multi-package coordination.
