📋 Description Finance Manager for a Berlin-based, on-site role. Own end-to-end accounting: bookkeeping, VAT, DATEV, and automation. Drive group reporting, consolidation, and advisory coordination. Build a scalable finance function for a fast-growing, profitable business. Office-based in Berlin with equity option for Berlin employees. 🎯 Requirements In-house accounting experience: AR/AP, reconciliations, monthly close. DATEV Rechnungswesen or similar system experience. Intercompany and multi-entity consolidation experience. Automation mindset; design connectors and workflows.
