AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform for reliable AI systems. Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems at scale. Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and production readiness. Create golden test suites, safety checks, and CI gates to prevent unreliable AI from being deployed. Build portfolio of AI agents supporting business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis, triage Develop meta-level systems monitoring agent performance and platform improvements. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users. Strong AI evaluation methodologies knowledge: golden datasets, judge criteria, safety testing Experience designing reliable AI workflows with emphasis on correctness, traceability, governance. Deep API integration experience with business systems; MCP servers experience a plus. Strong Python engineering skills; experience with GCP, cloud data warehouses, and IaC tools.
