📋 Description Global owner of Cognite’s compensation philosophy & strategy. Governance across geographies and regulatory needs. Partner with VP People Operations & Rewards and CHRO/CFO. Drive strategy from board-level to hands-on execution. Lead cross-functional compensation initiatives and programs. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in Compensation/Total Rewards with global scope. Expertise in international comp, exec pay, equity pools, board reporting. Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS with C-suite advisory exposure.
