Residential Coordinator

📋 Description Coordinate services for individuals with disabilities in home settings. Assist Program Director to maintain consistency in programming and communication with staff and Coordinate finances, community outings, appointments, and daily living tasks. Provide hands-on assistance, mentoring, and ensure safety and personal growth. Transport individuals to appointments or activities outside the home. Document progress and milestones. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years experience with individuals with disabilities. Person-centered, patient, and kind; dependable and adaptable. Observant, detail-oriented, and able to work on a team. Strong communication for documenting care and collaborating with teams. Valid Driver's License; may require own vehicle/auto-liability depending on role.
