📋 Description Onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet at a customer site. Monitor system health, robot activity, and workflows to maximize uptime. Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite to maintain performance. Test, validate, and analyze performance for product improvements. Provide feedback on system performance and edge cases for validation. Coordinate with customer operations and internal teams on issues and priorities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, IE, or related field. 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or tech customer roles. Familiar with warehouse workflows, labor metrics, and productivity metrics. Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting or strong technical aptitude. Strong data interpretation and analytical skills for operational improvements.
